Welcome to Khatmk, where we provide customizable name stamps for kids' school essentials. By accessing or using our website, Instagram page, or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. General Information

Khatmak is an e-commerce business offering high-quality, customizable name stamps for parents to label their children’s school essentials, including clothes, plastic, and steel items. We deliver across Lebanon and accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as our payment method.

2. Order Processing & Customization

  • Order Customization: All orders are personalized with your chosen name and optional small shape (cat, dog, or owl). Once submitted, customization begins immediately, and we proceed with the production of your order.
  • Cancellations: Since each order is personalized, cancellations can only be accepted before the customization process begins. Once your order has been personalized, it cannot be canceled or modified.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 4 business days.
  • Delivery Areas: We currently deliver only within Lebanon. Delivery times may vary based on location, but we aim to provide prompt and reliable service.
  • Shipping Fees: Delivery fees will be added to your order at checkout. The cost depends on your location and the size of the order.

4. Payments & Pricing

  • Cash on Delivery: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as the only payment method for orders within Lebanon.
  • Pricing: All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD), as applicable. Prices may be subject to change without prior notice.
  • Customs & Taxes: Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes or import duties if the order is shipped outside of Lebanon. However, this is currently not applicable as we only deliver within Lebanon.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • No Returns on Personalized Items: Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the product is defective or damaged during shipping.
  • Defective Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will replace the item or issue a refund depending on the situation.

6. Privacy & Security

  • Data Protection: We value your privacy. All personal information you provide during the ordering process is kept secure and confidential. We do not share or sell your data to third parties.
  • Payment Security: Your payment information is processed securely through trusted payment processors. Khatmak does not store or process your payment details directly.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Khatmak is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product or service in question.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify, update, or change these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page, with an updated Effective Date. Please review this page periodically for any updates.
